Rebirth

Sometimes I'll overlook an image as one that stands out. After some post production (often heavy PP), I'll decide that the new image is among my favorites from an event. That recently occurred for me on these three images, which were from Jennifer & Aran's wedding last year.

20x30

I recently had a number of 20"x30" prints made and was very happy with the quality. Even at that size, the detail and grain really hold up!

The frame is about 40x29.

Swapping Colors

Over the last two days, we paid good money to make the brown lawn green. That wouldn't be ironic if it weren't for the fact that we made the green house brown.

A little primer first.

Yer the man, Steve.

THEN, THE NEXT DAY...

Gittin' there.

Plant a (Birthday) Tree

So we've been working on getting the inside of this house fixed up for quite a number of months. Only recently has the exterior been touched. With all the foliage being gone from the front, it was kind of a big deal to get something living out there. My dad celebrated his b-day helping us here.
Sunstate equipment making the scene - again.

It's aliiiiive! (though it doesn't look like it just yet)

We have the best neighbors in the world. Look at John getting in there with the shovel.

Back to the yard.

Amazing place and great partner in our success.

Cherry pickers everywhere! (I know they're not...)

It's no party without the Powells! They're checking out the place for the first time.

Definitely my favorite subject: Tiny with her camera.

Gotta love Filippi's!

The man of the hour. Turning 1 today - Happy Birthday!

Closing the evening with a 'family' trip to The Depot.

Hike and Hair

I went to Kellye's yesterday and saw this...
Okay, besides Porsche basking in the sun I saw...
...she'd cut her hair!
It wouldn't have been my recommendation - until I saw it. I love it!
Tonight, we went on a brisk walk around the 'hood to get in shape for Europe. Notice the ridiculous bags weighing us down. "You guys on a hike?"

A New Year

January 1st...

Everyone being productive.

Oh, Father. Why must you try to sneak outta the photo?

Buster, no!

This is the way we party at the Bojo ranch.
